Report received regarding the use of ‘Off Road’ Motorcycles being used along public pavements near to Culham Lock, Abingdon. Location is near to the What3Words location: TAPES.SOUND.SPINS You should report illegal use, such as riding on public land or at dangerous speeds, to the police via 101 or our website. Police can seize vehicles used unlawfully and have issued warnings and seizures of bikes.

What constitutes illegal use? Using off-road bikes on public roads, cycle lanes, footpaths, or other public areas.
Riding in areas where it causes a danger to the public.
Using modified e-bikes that do not comply with regulations.
Riding on bridleways, farm tracks, or other agricultural land without lawful authority.
